OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW, INCLUDING PUERTO RICO AND ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS.

The Drop of Sunshine Spotlights: Shine Away 2026 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Treasury Wine Estates Americas Company (“Sponsor”), 1130 1st St, Napa, CA 94559 and is administered by Sircle Media (“Administrator”), 370 Lexington Ave., Suite 2401, New York, NY 10017. 

1.      Sweepstakes PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on Monday, August 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Administrator’s computer is the Sweepstakes official clock.  On Wednesday, September 3, 2026 (“Drawing Date”), Administrator will select one potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

2.      Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry (“Entrant”) and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, sibling, child, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, all lineal descendants, including those by adoption, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, state alcoholic beverage manufacturers, distributors, and retailers and the employees and immediate family members (as defined above) of manufacturers, distributors and retailers, employees of state or local alcohol beverage agencies are not eligible to enter or win.  Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and Administrator’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. If an Entrant participates via a mobile device, message and data rates may apply. Not all cellular phone providers carry the service necessary to participate in this Sweepstakes through a mobile device. If entering using a mobile device, please check your mobile device’s capabilities for specific web enabled browsing instructions and pricing plans. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. 

3.  HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit  https://dropofsunshine.com/pages/share-your-story (the “Sweepstakes Website”) and follow the instructions to upload an original video of yourself answering one of the “Need a Drop of Inspiration?” questions/prompts listed on the Sweepstakes Website (the “Video”) or upload an original and meaningful photo with a caption or voice-over describing a person who inspired you, a special moment or something symbolic (the “Photo”). Upon uploading your Video or Photo, follow the instructions to complete the entry form, including but not limited to your name and email address and submit to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (the “Entry”). 

All Entries must comply with the following minimum guidelines to be eligible:

·        Entrant must be the owner of the submitted Video or Photo (collectively referred to herein as “Video/Photo”). If the submitted Video/Photo was taken by a third party, Entrant warrants and represents that they have secured all rights and clearances to the Video/Photo from the photographer and/or videographer.

·        Entrant warrants and represents that all individuals who may appear in the Video/Photo have given Entrant express written permission and that all individuals are at least 21 years of age or older. 

·        Entry and submitted Video/Photo cannot contain content that is irrelevant of the purpose of the Sweepstakes.

·        Each submitted Video/Photo must be original. No duplicate Video/Photos, or substantially similar Videos/Photos, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, may be submitted.

·        Entry and Video/Photo must be created in its entirety by the Entrant and cannot be generated, in whole or in part, by artificial intelligence. Any work generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be disqualified and any prize awarded based on such Entry will be forfeited.

·      Entry and Video/Photo cannot contain material that is sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libelous, indecent, obscene, profane, or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

·        Entry and Video/Photo cannot depict illegal activity and cannot itself be in violation of any law.

·        Entry and Video/Photo cannot contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual, or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

·        Entry and Video/Photo cannot contain content that defaces or depicts any person, brand, product or company in a negative or inappropriate manner.

·        Entry and Video/Photo cannot be violent or promote firearms/weapons.

·        Entry and Video/Photo cannot promote illegal drugs, tobacco or overconsumption of alcohol.

·        Entry and Video/Photo cannot reference or contain materials embodying copyrighted images, names, likenesses or other indicia identifying any brand, products, company or person, living or dead, without permission.

·        Entry and Video/Photo cannot in any way reference persons or organizations without written permission from any person or organization whose name or likeness is used.

·        Entry and Video/Photo cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate.

·        Entry and Video/Photo may not include images of a known celebrity, famous or well-known person or any image which violates the right of privacy or publicity of any person.

·        Photos and Videos cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or won any previous awards.

By submitting an Entry, the Entrant understands and grants to the Sponsor an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive worldwide license to use their Entry, Video, Photo, name, hometown and likeness on the Sponsor’s various websites and social media sites and in advertising and/or promotional activities worldwide without compensation, permission or notification. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter, change or modify any Entry or submitted Video or Photo.

By submitting an Entry, Entrant warrants and represents that: (a) Entry, including the Video/Photo, does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other legal or moral rights of any person or entity; (b) Entrant has obtained written permission from any person who may appear in the Video/Photo; (c) Entrant owns all rights to the Video/Photo, including without limitation, copyrights, and has received prior written permission from a third party if any Video/Photo was photographed/videoed by someone other than the Entrant themselves; and (d) Entrant will indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator and related entities, agents and assigns from any claims and damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to the breach or alleged breach of your representations and warranties herein, the Entry, or Entrant’s conduct in creating the Entry, the acceptance or use of any prize or otherwise in connection with this Sweepstakes.

Entries may be posted to a public gallery within the Sweepstakes Website. The Administrator will review all submitted Entries prior to such Entries being published and reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject, disqualify and/or remove any Entry that violates these Official Rules without any notification or warning. Posting to the Sweepstakes Website does not indicate the Entry has complied with the Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to post sample Videos and Photos it has created in connection with the Sweepstakes on the Sweepstakes Website, the Sponsor’s websites and social sites. Sponsor does not guarantee the posting of any Entry. ENTRIES POSTED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE ARE THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS OF SPONSOR IN ANY MANNER.

Entries must be received between 12:00:01 AM PT on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 and 11:59:59 PM PT on Monday, August 31, 2026.  Limit: There is a limit of five (5) Entries per Entrant regardless of whether Entrant has more than one email address. Although subsequent attempts to enter may be received only the first five (5) complete Entries received from a particular Entrant will be eligible; subsequent attempts by the same person to enter, including entries submitted with an alternate email address, will be disqualified. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://dropofsunshine.com/policies/privacy-policy. Receipt of Entries may not be acknowledged and will not be returned.

Entrants must have a valid email address to enter and/or win. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void.

4.      Prize and odds of winning. No alcoholic beverages awarded as part of any prize. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  Sponsor retains the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value when necessary.  Any difference between the stated value and actual value of prize will not be awarded.

There is one (1) prize (“Prize”) available to be won. One (1) Prize winner (“Winner”) will receive two (2) tickets to Hello Sunshine’s Shine Away 2026 (the “Event”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $1,040. Exact dates and location of the Event are still to be determined at the time of writing these Official Rules and will be updated in these Official Rules once available or will be communicated to the Winner at the time of prize award.  

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Be Sunshine, LLC, or Hello Sunshine.

5.      PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prize solely consists of two (2) tickets to the Event. Prize does not include transportation to the Event, or accommodations. All travel, accommodations, and other expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Event Tickets are not redeemable for cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. The Sponsor is not liable for any loss or penalties incurred if the Event is sold, ceases to exist, or becomes inoperative; if the Event is delayed, postponed, cancelled or changed for any reason; for acts of nature; or for amenities, services and/or facilities not being available due to renovations, strikes, bankruptcy, public health pandemic and/or acts of God or nature. Event tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Tickets are subject to the issuing company’s complete terms and conditions. Sponsor bears no responsibility if the designated Event does not take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption or postponement, or for any reason beyond the control of the Sponsor. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor for Event tickets Winner is unable to use due to loss, damage, destruction (and such will not be replaced), or delay or cancellation of Event, but tickets may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures set by the issuer. Winner agrees that event admission is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable Winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the issuer. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning any Prize. 

Prize is not redeemable for cash, assignable, transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Any difference between the stated value and actual value of any prize will not be awarded. Any other incidental expenses on Prize not specified herein are the Winner’s sole responsibility. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a prize. Sponsor and Administrator shall not be liable for any mistake made by Winner or shipping/fulfilment providers in shipment or delivery of any prize. Actual prize awarded may vary from that depicted in advertising materials. Any prize depiction is for illustrative purposes only. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Sweepstakes.  If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, Winner will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery and is not responsible for the prize’s utility to each winner. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE FROM SPONSOR. 

SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY ASPECT OF A PRIZE WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.

6.      SELECTION OF WINNER. On the Drawing Date, Administrator will select one (1) potential Winner from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period by random drawing.  The Winner is deemed to be a potential winner, pending verification of the Entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor or Administrator, in their sole and absolute discretion. If Sponsor is unable to determine and verify a potential Winner after repeated alternate drawings or if Sponsor fails to receive a sufficient number of Entries to correspond to the number of prizes available to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right to not award such prize(s).

7.      VERIFICATION OF WINNER.  The potential Winner will be notified by the Administrator or Sponsor and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, "the Releases") within three (3) days of notification. Noncompliance, failure to respond to notification, or ineligibility will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

8.      limitation of liability. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers and each their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, designees and agents (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due or undeliverable e-mail notifications, electronic messages, or postal mail; (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic, or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/network accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, programming, printing, typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes; (vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to Entrant or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize; or (viii) entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules. Further, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any unanswered or undeliverable winner notifications.  

By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including entry requirements; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) to waive all of their rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes; and (iv) to forever and irrevocably release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any Sweepstakes -related activity or element thereof, and the Entrant’s entries, participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes; (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, theft, delay, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the Prize (or any component thereof); (d) any change in the Prize (or any components thereof); (e) human error; (f) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; (g) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof); or (h) the negligence or willful misconduct by Entrant.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or proceed with the Sweepstakes including the selection of a winner in a manner it deems fair and reasonable, including the selection of a winner from among eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. In no event will more Prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules. If for any reason, including but not limited to an administrative, printing, production, computer, typographical, mechanical, or other error or due to technical difficulties or incorrect announcements of any kind, more winning messages are distributed, more winners stated on any Sweepstakes related materials, or more Prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded according to these Official Rules, the intended Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified Prize claims received. 

9.      DISPUTES. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this promotion, shall be resolved by arbitration in San Francisco, CA before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its comprehensive arbitration rules (“JAMS rules”). The JAMS rules for selection of an arbitrator shall be followed, except that the arbitrator shall be experienced and licensed to practice law in California. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential or incidental damages or have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, including attorneys’ fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief. Entrant agrees that the rights and obligations of any promotion participant and/or promotion entities and/or any other party shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Any demand for arbitration must be filed within one year of the time the cause of action occurred, or the cause of action shall be forever barred.

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN ENTRANT’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS ENTRANT IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THIS WAIVER APPLIES TO CLASS ARBITRATION, AND, UNLESS SPONSOR AGREES OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CLASS PROCEEDING. ALSO, THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD RELIEF (INCLUDING MONETARY, INJUNCTIVE, AND DECLARATORY RELIEF) ONLY IN FAVOR OF THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY SEEKING RELIEF AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY TO PROVIDE RELIEF NECESSITATED BY THAT PARTY'S INDIVIDUAL CLAIM(S). ANY RELIEF AWARDED CANNOT AFFECT OTHER ENTRANTS. ENTRANT AGREES THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS, ENTRANT AND SPONSOR EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING OF ANY KIND.

10.  PRIVACY POLICY.  Any personally identifiable information collected during an Entrant’s participation in the Promotion will be collected by Sponsor or its agent and used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, and marketers for the sole purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy as stated at: https://www.tweglobal.com/privacy.   

11.  publicity rights. By participating in the Sweepstakes  and/or accepting the Prize, each Entrant agrees to allow the Sponsor and/or the Sponsor's designee the perpetual right to use their name, address (city and state), biographical information, photos, video recordings, picture, portrait, likeness, voice, and/or statements regarding the Sweepstakes and/or Sponsor for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, including, but not limited to, live television, worldwide, on the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

12.  general. Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any Entrant found or suspected, in their sole and absolute discretion, to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of this Sweepstakes. If it is discovered that an Entrant has registered or attempted to register more than once using multiple phone numbers, e-mail addresses, residential addresses, multiple identities, IP addresses, use of proxy servers, or like methods, all of that Entrant’s entries will be declared null and void and that Entrant will not be awarded any Prize that he/she might have been otherwise entitled to receive. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third-party or like methods to participate in the Sweepstakes will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the Entrant utilizing the same. Entrant and/or potential winners may be required to provide proof of identification and eligibility as required by Sponsor or Administrator. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner, the winning Entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address or social media handle, as applicable, submitted with such Entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is (1) assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address or (2) assigned to an account by a social media platform. Each Entrant may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Prize documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. No Entrant shall have the right to modify or amend these Official Rules. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All entries and/or materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in any promotional materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

14.  WINNER LIST.  To obtain the list of winner(s) send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Drop of Sunshine Spotlights: Shine Away 2026 Sweepstakes Winner Confirmation Request, PO Box 654, Social Circle, GA 30025-0654. Requests must be received no later than 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes.  The list will be sent after selection of winner(s).
